Which of these do you need?

• You want to see it working — book a demonstration. We will use your own test names where you can send them to us beforehand.
• You have decided — send us your details and we will ring back, usually the same working day. Nothing is created and nothing is charged until we have spoken.
• You are a patient looking for your report — open it here with the code on your receipt. We cannot give you a result over the telephone: your report belongs to the laboratory that tested you, and they are the ones who can identify you.
• You are already a customer with a problem — ring. If it is out of hours, write with the laboratory's name and what screen you were on, and it will be read first thing.
• You have a question about data or privacy — see the Privacy Policy, which says who to ask for what. A patient's request goes to their laboratory; a laboratory's comes to us.
